Commissions Process

I will review and process your request, and respond with any additional questions I have.
You will receive a quote for the cost and timeline based on materials, size, and intricacy of the piece. The base cost for your piece can be calculated by the size of the canvas you would like. I charge $1.25 per square inch. For example, an 8x10 inch canvas is 80 square inches, take 80 square inches x $1.25 and you get a final base price of $100. This base price includes materials (unless special request medium not listed), canvas, and time spent working. Shipping is NOT included in this and will be calculated depending on the customer's shipping address.
Once the quote is accepted, a 50% non-refundable payment must be submitted.
A preliminary sketch will be sent for your approval. I do not charge for changes made to the preliminary sketch.
Once the piece is complete, images will be sent of the finished product for approval. If changes need to be made to the piece, it will be an additional $10 per change (this will depend on how big the change is, I will not charge if the changes are small like, adding more color in a specific area, adding or removing small details). A change that will be deemed chargeable is as follows: adding an object, changing the entire background, changing the positioning of an object, etc.). To keep from being charged for changes, make sure the preliminary sketch is how you want.
The piece will leave the studio once the remaining 50% is submitted.
